Medway Youth Orchestra was launched in April 2015, after the success of an orchestral workshop with The Sixteen. 

 

The Orchestra meets for weekly rehearsals on Saturdays during term time at MMA's Saturday Music Centre at Rainham Mark Grammar School.  During terms 3 to 6, the orchestra benefit from extended Saturday rehearsals once a term.

We are delighted to have an ongoing partnership with The Sixteen, the renowned ensemble.

 

MYO is for orchestral instrumentalists working towards Grade 4 standard and above.
